All source code, design systems, algorithms, and website templates engineered by Yugvex Tech Solutions remain the proprietary property of Yugvex Tech Solutions until explicitly licensed or transferred under contract.

2. Software Licensing & SLA

SaaS products such as Smart School ERP, Hospital MIS, and AI Voice Agents are provided under active subscription licenses with 99.9% uptime SLA commitments.

3. Limitation of Liability

Yugvex Tech Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising out of unauthorized third-party modifications to customized source code.
